Are you receiving this error message when you attempt to submit a Portal ticket?  




If yes, please submit tickets by emailing - portal@suncitywest.com - as we may be experiencing an issue with our Portal Ticketing System.  Please include your Member ID/Public Cardholder Number/Employee ID and email address.
