HAVE A CARD NUMBER? - for our Members / Public Cardholders / RCSCW Employees:

New Account Activation:

The first time you access our newly upgraded Portal users with a card number will need to Activate your account using the New Account Activation button.


 


Next step is to Enter your Member ID/Card Number on the line, click the box I'm not a robot, follow the prompts for selecting the correct pictures and then click the Send Activation button:

You should then receive an email with a link to activate your account and create a new password.


Once Activated, the next time you access the Portal you can just login using your Card number and password.


NO CARD NUMBER?  NEW PUBLIC REGISTRATION - For New Public Players 

You will need to register an account using our New Public Registration button with an email address 

(Note: email addresses need to be unique and cannot be used on multiple accounts in our system.)

New Public Registration:

Public Players without a card number may now register to use our Web Portal to book Tee Times and schedule Lessons & Clinics online.


Click New Public Registration button:



Enter the information in the fields and click Register:



Once Registered, the next time you access the Portal you can just login using your email address and password.
